Fraud applications is something that we have been dealing with every enrollment cycle. And every iteration of this, it’s harder for us to identify because the scammers are getting better at hiding their actions and their actions are more and more damaging every time. We just have to wait for the ERP provider to develop something to help us. And then it was somewhat serendipitous that one of our sister institutions had reached out to AMSA with the same problem.
